Posted Friday, June 11, 2010: Preview content from the Spring 2010 issue of The Charles River Journal is now available on our website, including Birth of a Dixie Prophet by Boston-based writer Michael Healy and the sumptuous, Amergin-esque Antiphon by Irish poet John Griffin.

Posted Wednesday, June 9, 2010: Due to the protracted delay in the publication of the Spring 2010 issue of The Charles River Journal, all print subscriptions will be extended to include the next issue following the previously scheduled expiration. The editors would like to make known that the forthcoming issue will be wrapped by the end of this month.

Posted Thursday, April 1, 2010: The debut collection of acclaimed poet and CRJ contributor Melissa Green, The Squanicook Eclogues, was honored with prizes from the Poetry Society of America and the Academy of American Poets on its first publication by Norton in 1987. Now the book has been reissued by The Pen & Anvil Press.

Posted Tuesday, February 2, 2010: A hitherto unknown episode from the story of Odysseus' wanderings, as imagined by author Zachary Mason, appeared in the Fall 2009 issue of The Charles River Journal.
